Coming into therapy, you might feel disconnected, like you're going through the motions, or like there are parts of you that are not within your control. You might hope to heal from deep distress and finally connect to a life worth living. Whatever type of distress you're experiencing, in our work together we can build awareness of how it takes shape and what is needed to transform it.
Therapy at its core is a relational experience, and I strive to let connection and curiosity drive my work. No matter what direction we take in helping you reach your goals, I aim to help you feel like you're not alone, and like there's a safe and collaborative space for you to be vulnerable in exploring your shadows.

Navigating Late-in-Life Queerness & Intimacy
Group therapy is an affordable and relationship-driven way to collaborate and connect with others like you. It can help us feel less isolated in our experience, and incorporates peer support alongside therapeutic support. This group is for queer women in their 20s and 30s who came out later in life. We will explore the unique journey of each individual in coming out as queer, and create space to discuss the particular challenges and opportunities this presents. We will discuss self-acceptance, self-discovery, relationships, sex, intimacy, and what being queer means to you in your life.
