I am passionate about walking alongside adults struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ adults and couples working through understanding their identity and relationships. I also help individuals with daily tasks, organization, planning, time management, maintain focus, and study/work efficiently, all from a neurodivergent-affirming lens.
I have worked with various groups, including children, adults, couples, and families. In sessions with me, you’ll be accepted and I’ll illuminate your strengths. I help neurodivergent folx find sensory coping skills and adaptations that work for them. I also bring in tools from ACT, IFS, and DBT.
I believe it is not only powerful and healing, but also essential to have a therapeutic relationship with someone who understands the experience of feeling “different."
