I love working with women struggling with anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, and depression. I have extensive history working with individuals suffering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders or with the family members who love them. Through therapy I hope to open doors to new ideas and make life feel worth living. I put focus on establishing healthy boundaries and developing coping skills to deal with current life stressors, while examining the potential underlying issues and treating the whole person. I hope to help my clients reveal their true, authentic selves and harness their full potentials.
My therapy focuses on challenging maladaptive core beliefs that may have helped us in the past, but are now getting in the way of our growth. Together I want to help my clients to no longer feel tied to negative thought patterns and find freedom in new ways of thinking, with an end goal of changing behaviors to match.
I am a proponent of intuitive eating, health at every size, and anti-diet mentalities. I hope that we can work together soon. Please contact me via e-mail.
