Every-Other-Week Process Group (Meets Online)

Ongoing, ONLINE group meeting in the evenings every-other-Tuesday. With practice, it's possible to widen your window of tolerance for the awkward and ambivalent work of relating to and connecting with other people. Group therapy offers a dynamic and exciting space to explore what being authentically "yourself" in a given moment means for you.
