The cornerstone of my practice is the belief that actual connection with a real human being will go further than any single psychological theory. My degree is in clinical psychology with an emphasis in applied existentialism, which really just means applied humanity. I am a pragmatist and find mental and emotional health is contingent on meeting everyone where they are, rather than where anyone thinks they "should" be. I take pride in my honesty, compassion, and faith in humanity's ability to overcome. I truly love helping people through hard times, and look forward to helping you however I can.
