I am a couples therapist who believes in the uniqueness of every relationship. I love assisting individuals struggling with OCD, Anxiety, and Faith Crises. I have been trained in and use a variety of Gottman techniques while working with couples. I specialize in CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD and Anxiety Disorders. I strive to cultivate empathy and create flexibility within your life and relationships so that you are able to feel more capable and open to changing your actions.
Therapy is a vulnerable and empowering space. For each couple and person that enters my office, I will make every effort to meet you with respect, openness, and professionalism.
