Do you feel stuck? Overwhelmed? Numb? Are you a Christian wrestling with faith issues? I love working with women who are empaths and high-achievers, who may be struggling with anxiety, faith issues, life-transitions, or burn-out. I also love working with women who are Christian and want to integrate their faith into sessions. My clients often report feeling more hope, confidence, and empowerment after several sessions. By the end of therapy, many of my clients express an increased overall sense of well-being, clarity, and direction. I serve virtual clients in Tennessee and Georgia.
I am a Christian, strengths-based, attachment-oriented therapist who integrates evidenced-based practices such as EMDR and MB-CBT to treat anxiety, depression and trauma. My style is collaborative and supportive, and my approach is holistic, considering mind, body, and spirit.
My passion is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to wrestle with the hard things and find hope.
