I continue to be inspired by the work and the progress I see my clients make every day. My goal is to empower my clients and provide them with the support and tools they need to move forward, feeling more insightful, intentional, and fulfilled.
I have worked extensively in all aspects of mental and emotional challenges with a specialty in life’s most profound loss: death and dying. I practice therapy with an eclectic approach having a strong psychodynamic foundation. One word to describe my strength and style, would be compassionate. I believe we must water the roots to feed the leaves.
It is a brave and daunting step starting psychotherapy to better understand oneself. It takes great courage and strength to get the support you need and deserve. I am starting another Grief Support Group for adults age 18 and over who are grieving the death in the last 5 years. 8 week support group in a safe, warm, and nurturing environment.
