Individuals I work with are tired of being tired, tired of anxious thoughts keeping you up at night. But you want something different. I see my role as a guide for you. I focus on helping you reconnect to your wise, compassionate and loving self. My therapeutic approach includes elements of Internal Family Systems, EMDR (Eye movement desensitization reprocessing), mindfulness, body awareness, and expressive art techniques.
I am proud to tell my clients that I don’t ask them to do anything I haven’t done myself I bring a mix of compassionate playfulness and sensitivity to all my relationships. I focus on building trust and safety in sessions so clients feel safe to heal.
