I am passionate about helping others build confidence and self-esteem, as well as guiding them toward a balance between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
I have been working with individuals and families for 10 years. I can help with a wide array of issues including the management of stress, anxiety and depression. I am also passionate about the exploration of identity, especially as it relates to the bi-racial and multi-racial experience.
