Hi, I’m Tammy, thanks for visiting. Ugh...this whole life thing, am I right? I get totally it. It's really tough. If life's challenges are bringing you to the decision to start therapy - I'm glad you've landed here. I view therapy as an opportunity to begin living truer to your authentic self. We will use our time to collaborate on what you’d like out of therapy and explore the most effective ways to get you there. As an Asian American, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for other AAPI individuals.
As a child of a cross-racial adoption, I understand the unique and complex feelings one may experience. My passion is to be able to sit with others who'd like to work through this experience. I have worked extensively with teens and adolescents and a main focus of my training has been working with teens in crisis.
