I work with men and women ages 18 and up experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, body image issues, grief, relationship strain, and addiction. I utilize strategies that are effective and assist my clients with recognizing and applying their strengths. Your success in counseling is my primary goal.
