With 14 years of mental health experience and training, my commitment is to work with you in the most nurturing and empowering way so you can become the best version of yourself. My expertise is working with individuals, couples, parents, and families within the age brackets of young adults, middle-aged and older adults.
Every client's issue and need is unique, so it is important to select a therapist that is compatible to best assist you in the healing process and facilitate a healthy therapeutic journey. I use evidence-based practices and treatment modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, Strengths Based, Solution Focused, Positive Parenting, and Crisis Intervention.
As a Christian I believe that addressing mental health using biblical truths with evidence-based treatment is important for those who would prefer Christian counseling. In addition, as an African American therapist I extend my services to work with minorities dealing with race related issues that may have triggered mental health symptoms.
