Are you a postpartum mom experiencing feelings of anxiety and worst-case scenario thoughts? Are you feeling overwhelmed and unprepared for the mental health challenges that have come with motherhood? I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and love helping moms and moms-to-be overcome depression and anxiety so that they can be present with their families and experience more joy in motherhood.
I specialize in women's issues and help women from all backgrounds understand their thoughts, feelings, and reactions so that they can be the best version of themselves. I wholeheartedly believe there is great value in investing 50 minutes a week in therapy as part of a self-care routine.
