The therapeutic relationship is vital when embarking on this journey of opening and courageously facing some of our deepest pains. My process involves assisting you in locating your wisdom, and helping generate a life full of meaning and acceptance - while honoring your unique story. It also is important to respect and integrate the intersectionality of your identity during this process. I know how important feeling recognized, seen, and heard can be. Whether needing to process trauma, life-transitions, anxiety or depression, how to develop better boundaries, concerns regarding sexuality and gender, relationship concerns, and more.
I specialize in the newest form of psychotherapy within the field of Psychology, and work with leading experts to continue its development and research: Third-Wave Contextual Behavioral Therapy - all with individuals, and couples. I also have further experince working with political unrest, global affairs, structural racism, and conflict resolution.
Our life experiences can leave deep imprints, and sometimes the ups and downs can feel overwhelming. However, these experiences also create a portal to deep wisdom, sources of strength, and growth towards our fullest potential. I will work in collaboration with you while you courageously transform and heal from pains which felt impossible to resolve.
