Informed from Generative Somatics, DBT and CBT, my therapeutic practice works towards embodied healing and care. As a trans person + survivor, I understand the personal hardship of connecting with your body and the world around you. There are so many stressors and triggers in our life that take us out of being present and connected with others.
Navigating systems of oppression + violence are beyond overwhelming and disheartening.
