Connecting Together: Virtual Somatic Healing Group
CLOSED. This is an interactive healing support group aimed to introduce somatic healing to participants. Featuring trauma focused yoga, mindfulness meditation, Brainspotting, grounding techniques, breathwork practices & more! If you are new to bodywork, this is a perfect gentle introduction to somatics. If you have already been completing somatic work with your therapist this is a perfect opportunity to practice in a group setting!
