Synesis Therapy helps the child or teen who has been anxious be the star of the classroom by providing a community-centric approach to care — working with teachers, families, guidance counselors, and pediatricians. For our adults and families we very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. Giving you full autonomy and support during the journey.

We think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. We like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy. We even have a Registered Play Therapist on site!

We believe in a trust based relationship and going at your pace as you are comfortable. Mostly, clients tell us they feel like they have chatted with a friend but realize there has been growth in the conversation. To us, that is they way it should be.
