I have 15 years of experience working in this field with many different types of issues over the years. I specialize in diminishing stress/anxiety and/or depression through use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques & Mindfulness (MBSR), relaxation techniques as these are the most effective, evidence-based strategies to date to relieve stress or anxiety.
