I see counseling from a trauma informed lens, and consider myself a trauma therapist. I use EMDR, among other modalities, to treat PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am also passionate about women’s issues, life transitions, intergenerational and historical trauma, grief and loss, and identity. I take an interpersonal approach to meet client’s where they are.
Counseling is an opportunity to heal, grow, and see ourselves and our lives in new perspectives. I strive to offer an authentic and safe place for your journey and needs. I believe in affirming equality and diversity to help heal the whole self. I look forward to sharing this journey with you!
