By exploring and asking questions about your experiences, I will help you create a strong sense of self-awareness that will help you navigate life difficulties more effectively.
My approach combines different philosophies that focus on the present and the past. I am trained in multiple modalities but most frequently use Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. By combining my personal style and evidence-based techniques, I can help you achieve your goals and live a meaningful, fulfilling life.
