Being a human is hard sometimes. Life throws all sorts of challenges your way, and it can be difficult to manage things on your own. You may feel disconnected from support systems, or in need of a safe space to express yourself. Hopefully therapy can be a place to process, heal, build upon your strengths, and help get to a place where life feels back on track. I have experience supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, Autism Spectrum disorder, self-exploration, self-esteem, relationship issues and other life stressors. I also have experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
I currently provide individual therapy services, and am passionate about using expressive arts therapy and creative therapies in practice with clients. I have experience working with children and adolescents.
