Why is it that we make appointments to take care of our physical health, but we seem to ignore our mental health? Therapy doesn’t have to be a scary or painful event, it should be a place where you can open yourself to the journey to reach your full potential. I have experience with transgender clients, gay clients, lesbian clients, childhood trauma, sexual, emotional and verbal abuse, PTSD and others. I am compassionate and nonjudgmental, believing that meeting my clients where they are at means having the responsibility of creating an atmosphere where they will feel safe, respected and heard.
