This requires dedication, hard work and a willingness to explore behavioral patterns with the support of a skilled caring therapist. As we walk this path together, you will develop a greater understanding of self and acquire the tools needed to meet your goals. Resolving the issues that lie beneath the symptoms you are experiencing, will allow you to live the rewarding life you deserve.
My clients include adult individuals from a variety of cultural, ethnic and spiritual backgrounds. Among my specialties are: anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, grief/bereavement, PTSD, relationship issues, communication issues, women's issues and men's issues. I have extensive training in EMDR and trauma.
I do not work with: Suicidal Thoughts/Plans/Attempts, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, Dissociative Disorder, perpetrators of sexual, physical or emotional abuse.
