I fundamentally believe that the human experience is one that breeds obstacles full of pain, confusion, & distress. I also fundamentally believe that even in the midst of pain there can still be so much joy. I deeply believe that with therapy, people can transform their lives.
I work with adults, children, parents, couples, & families to unearth, shift, & supplement ways of being that have not yielded what one may feel they want from life. My approach is relational and insight-oriented, characterized by a deep passion for understanding my clients unique experiences as they get to know themselves more clearly and fully.
