Recovering from anxiety, depression symptoms that come from difficult relationships or a difficult past can feel hopeless. But our brains, minds and relationships were created to heal + recover. I want to help along the way.

This group is intended to connect members and help to receive the support and comfort that comes from deep + holy listening. Listening to each other, experiencing being listened to, and learning to listen deeply to God's voice of love for us.
