Are you looking for a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to discuss your problems? Do you need a counselor who can really connect with you? Are you in need of someone who will listen to you in a supportive environment? I can help! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor; practicing for twenty years. I specialize in working with women's issues, relationship concerns, online counseling, and teens. I use a Person-Centered approach and a blend of other therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I provide counseling virtually, in addition to regular in-person office visits. I specialize in providing clinical supervision for interns, LPC Residents in Counseling, and play therapists. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor and offer group/individual supervision sessions.

VIRTUAL GROUP This program is designed to help encourage healthy relationships between parents and their children. Our parenting program offers skills and tools to help parents positively manage the daily responsibilities and challenges of raising a family. The parenting classes cover developmental stage issues, discipline, problem-solving, family planning, communication skills and so much more.
