My work is trauma-informed and influenced by relational psychotherapy (trying out ways of relating in therapy, as a sort of "lab experience" for real life), depth psychotherapy (paying attention to what's "under the surface"), and somatic therapy (befriending your body's natural wisdom and resilience).
