My approach incorporates knowledge about the brain, body and relationships with compassion. It is empowering to know and honor the natural survival skills that make you human, along with the unique patterns you have created to get through life’s challenges. We will use your strengths to build tools to recognize and work through emotions and tend to trauma.
Connection is the heart of healing. Although I don't know your exact journey, I know what it is to struggle, feel lost, experience trauma, grief, and pain.
