I provide psychotherapy to individuals and families who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, adoption, attachment, trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness and family relationships. My expertise and passion includes working with individual adults, young children (0-6 years old) and parents. I work primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), but I am trained in Infant Mental Health, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), EMDR Therapy, Jungian Sandplay Therapy, and Energy Medicine, as well. I am able to support a client's spiritual growth (when desired by the client).
Using evidence based approaches, I support adults with relationship issues, C-PTSD, life-transitions, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, as well as other psychiatric issues. For children, IFS, Play, Sandplay, and EMDR Therapies provide avenues for them to integrate their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and to support healthy identity formation.
My goal for each client is to increase their Self-Leadership (IFS) by creating emotionally safe, healing and growth oriented spaces.
