Dealing w/ CPTSD - Openings Available
One section of this ongoing weekly group meets at Thursdays from 6:30-8 pm; I am hoping to start another as well (day and time TBD). These groups help people who survived early childhood trauma, neglect and/or abuse further their recovery. Attention is paid to creating a sense of safety in one's own body and with others. An atmosphere of mutual respect and support is maintained as participants share their week-to-week experiences and engage in psychoeducation and activities fostering understanding and healing. Members improve self-esteem, practice self-expression and further healing and healthy grieving.

In-Person Narcissistic Abuse Recovery (openings)
This is a group for people identifying as women (trans women welcome) who have been in destructive relationships with people whose narcissistic tendencies include treating others manipulatively and abusively. Whether enacted by parents, bosses, romantic partners, siblings or friends, Narcissistic Abuse undermines the self-esteem, reality and independence of those victimized by it. This group will allow people who are or have been in such relationships to learn more about Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and the codependency it depends on to continue. Members will share their experiences, process psychoeducation and do exercises that promote holistic healing and change.

Process Group for Professionals
Weekly process group for professionals who have overcome past trauma to establish a reasonably well-balanced life, but who still long for deep connection with like-minded adults. In this group, we will discuss work, relationships, aging, spiritual growth and other life issues. Using traditional talk therapy, role playing and other action methods, the group will explore how issues from childhood effect the present, work on being effective communicators and process difficulties that arise. Participants should have a good deal of therapy under their belt and be ready to share deeply with the guidance of a seasoned trauma specialist.
