My approach to therapy is client specific. We will work creatively using both traditional therapy such as a Cognitive approach and techniques including relaxation, mindfulness and guided meditation. In addition, I am trained in the practice of EMDR. All of these approaches involve the goal of self-acceptance and personal transformation.
