I aim to help couples overcome infidelity, addiction, trauma, emotional distance, intimacy issues, communication issues, & lost connection. I also provide relational counseling to resolve conflicts in other significant relationships such as parent/adult child, friends, etc. My services also include individual therapy for people dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, body image disorders, etc. In addition to working with a diverse population, my lived experience of being a South Asian immigrant allows me to connect with those with multicultural issues, adjustment issues, immigration-related stress, and/or family conflicts.
Life presents challenges, and processing these feelings alone can be terrifying. Therefore, my goal is to provide my clients a non-judgmental, collaborative and an empathic space, where we can process these challenges together and co-create new emotional experiences to bring forth the best versions of themselves.
