I have worked with children and adults for the past 13 years in community mental health, in schools, and in private practice.
I can help retrain your mind to think differently and cope with distress so you can feel more balanced. My training has focused on relieving anxiety, depression and emotional sensitivity by using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy. I start from a holistic perspective focused on lifestyle. For children, I also use play and art therapy techniques.
