If you are looking for a safe and respectful environment to begin the healing process, I can help. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, where you are seen as the expert on your life and your personal values are set as the foundation of our work together. You will be met with authenticity, empathy, and absolutely no judgment. I believe strongly that it is important that I maintain the ability to see different perspectives, which better enables me to meet people where they are. The best outcomes take shape when a client and provider build a synergistic relationship over time, discovering both what works and what needs refinement.
I have over a decade of experience working with individuals in multiple age groups, treating a wide-variety of issues including anxiety and depression, parenting challenges, relationship issues, transitions, eating disorders, grief, and trauma. Together, we will celebrate the small wins, take one moment at a time, and build resilience to do the hard things.
It can be difficult to make that first step, but reaching out is the most difficult part. Please call or email me for more information on scheduling, and I will guide you through the process.
