My goal is to help you explore, heal, strengthen, and connect the pieces of your life. My therapeutic style begins by creating a safe and comfortable environment where you are heard and valued. Success comes from exploring and evaluating one’s unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while applying practical strategies that bring positive and lasting change.
My approach is encouraging, collaborative, and solution focused. I utilize Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I specialize in trauma resolution and am an EMDR Certified Therapist. I believe in using research-based methods that can help you achieve your goals.
With a sincere desire to help others I received a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I have experience working in private and hospital settings. I have been able to witness the incredible growth that can come from therapy and consider it a privilege to work in this field. I look forward to helping you live your best life.
