8 Week Trauma Processing Workshop for Women
Adverse or negative childhood experiences impact our relationships in our adult life, personally and professionally. The group will educate you on the ways we self sabotage and allow our past to hold our present hostage. Experiential exercises utilized to help process grief,loss and anger and work through obstacles, to seek healthier choices. Total Cost $ 800. February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th.
