Awakening of Love is a weekend workshop designed to shake the dust off your heart and give you a taste of what the Path Retreats work is about. In the workshop you will learn ways to be more authentic and honest, connecting with yourself and others in ways that create trust and joy. We all have a longing for love and to be seen and heard. This work is about awakening that longing inside of us. These days will ignite your passion to realize your true potential and to live with an open heart. October 26 (evening) allday 27-28.

Embracing Ourselves, Cultivating Empathy
Growing up in homes where addiction is present we may develop patterns of relating that wreak havoc in our adult relationships. In this experiential workshop we explore the impact of addiction on our relational life. We examine the underpinnings of strategies we took on to get through, and explore taking on new roles in response to ourselves, each other, and our world.

Sexual assault/ abuse survivor's group, for women
In the aftermath of the #metoo movement, many survivors of sexual assault/abuse are recalling incidents from their own past and the unresolved hurt, grief, betrayal shame, anger, confusion of this multilayered wound. There is a need to heal the rupture to body, mind and soul. This group provides a space for women to connect and share their experiences in a safe and supportive atmosphere. We will address these unresolved issues and look at how to rebuild relationships with self and others, and regain our innate sense of aliveness, resilience, dignity and hope.
