I achieve this by providing a safe, "neutral" space, making my clients feel comfortable, listening to your concerns, identifying rooted issues, and processing to foster growth. I provide various strategies for processing trauma in addition to using traditional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I promise to be there for you every step of your journey!
I am LGBTQ affirming and am open minded to all walks of life and relationship choices. I'm not here to judge you in any way, and my sessions are "Judgement-Free Zones." I focus on relational systems and assist each client in creating mindfulness in their choices. I also work on identifying generational patterns that contribute to behaviors and patterns.
