Together, we will explore the present and seek out transformational processes, rather than focus on the past or simply relive old wounds as a more traditional approach might.
My approach to therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, places a premium on establishing a safe, supportive and compassionate relationship which brings out the best in each client and facilitates change. With mutual trust and respect a great deal can be accomplished.

I understand how stressful the change process can be, but also know how rewarding and life-changing it can be.
