A supportive therapy relationship can help you look inward, gain strength, and begin the process of healing. I consider myself warm and non-judgmental, but also bring direct communication into the therapy space. I specialize in treating women's issues, anxiety, and grief/loss including infertility and pregnancy loss. My focus is working with women and members of the queer community. In my practice, I use supportive, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques in order to facilitate growth. I enjoy bringing a feminist perspective to the treatment room.
Therapy is a healing process, and I am excited for you to begin your journey. I am dedicated to providing a space for self-discovery.
