I work with women ages 18 and up, using evidence-based methods, to gain a deeper understanding of yourself in the context of your relationships and move towards discovering your own needs and desires.
We are all meant to connect and be strengthened by our relationships, but anxiety and past traumas can prevent us from doing that. Together, we will identify limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and will cultivate the sense of inner security and confidence you need to show up in your relationships without running yourself ragged or resentful.
It's not easy to ask for what you need and accept support, never mind create healthy boundaries, and set requirements for how you want to be treated, but it is the most caring thing you can do for yourself and those around you.
