My approach is trauma informed and primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but I utilize tools from other orientations to help you reach your goals- family systems, mindfulness, and solution focused, among others.
As an accomplished mental health provider, I work collaboratively with the dual focus of Compassion and Hope. We all need support and guidance at times to live our Best Life, though it is in our own hands that the changes are made.
