I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step in your mental health journey is brave and rewarding. At Crescent Moon Therapy, we passionately believe in empowering you to be your most complete self in order to be present for yourself and your family. The therapeutic process is a collaborative space aimed at supporting you in your healing to help you conquer your challenges and work to make positive change. As your therapist, we are with you in your journey to change.
I have more than seven years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults. I work with individuals with a wide range of challenges: transitions related to parenthood, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum, life transitions (college, young adulthood) as well as depression, anxiety, significant trauma, and domestic violence (IPV.)
I know how hard it can be to take that first step towards prioritizing your mental health. Growth requires vulnerability and trust. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to support you in your journey towards healing and change. I look forward to working together!
