I am an EMDR Trauma Certified Therapist, and I also offer intensive counseling options for those seeking to condense therapy into a more focused and in-depth format to accelerate healing.
My practice emphasizes EMDR therapy, a brain-based approach to therapy that has helped many people find relief from stress, burnout, anxiety, or trauma. In Intensive EMDR therapy (several hours of counseling at one time) clients find they can go deeper than weekly sessions allow and find success faster with a condensed format.
