I work with people on developing self-compassion and strength to process emotions, and to become aware of self-destructive patterns/beliefs that hinder you from living life vibrantly.

I view therapy as collaborative in nature. We are in this together. I want to help clients be more comfortable slowing down and getting in touch with their bodies/sensations. Everyone is different and I value that uniqueness. Ultimately, I work with clients to explore and nurture each part of themselves in a compassionate and loving way.

I specialize in working with adults with relationship conflict, insecure attachments, trauma, and life transitions. I am certified in perinatal mental health; I work with women navigating motherhood, change in identity, postpartum mood disorders, fertility, and loss.
