Play therapy allows younger clients to work through their difficulties in an age-appropriate way. Clients of all ages can grow through equine assisted therapy or more traditional 'talk therapy'.
I believe safety and trust are the backbone of effective counseling. People have a deep need for belonging, protection and comfort though life's pain. As a counselor, I have the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples and families as they journey toward healing and health.
