I have a passion for working with children adolescents, and adults. I have been working in the counseling profession for 8 years. I enjoy showcasing and assisting my clients in identifying and building on their strengths in order to help them become the best version of themselves. I aim to establish a welcoming and safe environment where people may come as they are and process their life issues and experiences. Although we all encounter various obstacles in life, it's vital to remember that you don't have to tackle them alone.
I received my MS in Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. Working with children, adolescents, and young people is one of my greatest passions. Depression, anxiety, ADHD, boundary setting, family conflicts, coping skills and self-esteem are some of the many concerns addressed in therapy.
