As we continuously evolve in this journey called "Life", we all encounter many challenges that can hinder our ability to maintain a healthy mindset. Many of us tend to want the instant gratification of happiness and success but struggle with how to obtain it. Every client has unique situations, where one's sense of self-efficacy can play a major role in how they approach goals, tasks and challenges. These determinants play a major role in how thoughts are created, feelings are instilled and behaviors are executed. Therefore, through a wide range of individualized services customized and effective treatment plans are provided.
I make it a priority to establish an atmosphere of trust and understanding when working with clients and their families. In my many years of working in a clinical and school setting, I have come to realize that the causal factors of exasperating personal conflicts can create a family pathology that is inherited through generations of unresolved issues.
Therefore, I use an eclectic theoretical approach to assist those in developing effective resolutions and coping skills. In doing so, my ultimate goal is to allow my clients to generate their success from the insight gained from their strengths rather than their weaknesses. I also provide clinical supervision for those individuals seeking to obtain their LPC
