During these periods of uncertainty, having support from a counselor can help you gain clarity and confidence to take steps toward a greater sense of well-being. Whether you are feeling stuck in your relationships, overwhelmed by life, or seeking a deeper sense of meaning, I will work with you collaboratively to increase your capacity for resilience and connection. I enjoy working with adults, teens, children, and couples. I also have experience supporting the parent/child dynamic and sometimes work with parent and child together.
Having worked in high-tech, I understand some of the pressures faced here in Silicon Valley. My experience teaching yoga has shown me the significance of the connection between the body and the mind. Being a mother and a wife, I know the challenge and importance of creating strong, supportive relationships in the home.
